An Opinion-Tech/Microcenter is a small, self-contained call center that provides raw interviewing resources to Opinion-Tech Network members. It is the opposite of a full-service firm; it minimizes overhead, has limited technical and management resources, and just concentrates on providing excellent interviewers at the lowest practical cost. Opinion-Tech/Microcenters are controlled by the 'brain trust' of the host site, where all job-related decisions are made. The Microcenter just provides supervised interviewer time.
